O Natal é a 25 de dezembro
Christmas is on the 25th of December

Ela nasceu no dia 8 de fevereiro de 1984 (Mil, novecentos e oitenta e quatro.)
She was born on the 8th* of February 1984

Faço anos a 15 de março
It is my birthday on the 15th* of March

Vou a Inglaterra no dia 17 de junho
I am going to England on the 17th* of June

* ordinals are not used for dates like in English, instead they use cardinals.

Numbers 1 - 100

Numbers are always good to learn as we use them every day for times, dates, money and a 'number' of other things. (he he he)
Here are the numbers 1 -100

1 um - oo(m)
2 dois - doyj (j pronounced like 's' in pleasure)
3 três - trej
4 quatro - kwah-troo
5 cinco - seen-coo
6 seis - sayj
7 sete - seh-teh
8 oito - oy-too
9 nove - noh-veh
10 dez - deyj
11 onze - ohn-zeh ( a little like the Fonze)
12 doze - doh-zeh (think of a dozen)
13 treze - treh-zeh
14 quatorze - ka-tour-zeh
15 quinze - keen-zeh
16 dezasseis - deh-za-sayj
17 dezassete-  deh-za-sey-teh
18 dezoito - deh-zoy-too
19 dezanove - deh-za-noh-veh
20 vinte - veen-teh

To say  21 we would say Vinte e um (veen-teh ee oo(m))

This applies to all numbers hereafter

22 vinte e dois veen-teh ee doyj
23    vinte e tres.....etc.

Then we hit the other numbers counting now in tens

30 trinta treen-tah
40 quarenta kwah-ren-tah
50 cinquenta seen-kwen-tah
60 sessenta seh-sen-tah
70 setenta seh-ten-tah
80 oitenta oy-ten-tah
90 noventa noh-ven-tah
100 cem say(m)

The same thing applies to these

31   trinta e um
45   quarenta e cinco
67   sessenta e sete etc..

When we hit the hundreds though, the cem changes to 'cento' (sen-too), we still use the 'e' to connect the next number.

eg: 101 cento e um
       125 cento e vinte e cinco

When we get to a thousand (mil) we do not have the conjunction between the thousand(s) and the hundred(s) unless there are no hundreds.

Mil, cento e vinte e cinco = 1,125

Mil e vinte e cinco = 1,025

Note!
The (m) is pronounced as a nasal sound and not as an 'm' (don't put your lips together)
The 'eh' at the end of words sounds a little like the 'er in butter.
